With a commitment to sustainability, they exclusively use non-GMO, antibiotic-free Berkshire Pork.
Short Creek Farm
Jeff and Dave, longtime friends with backgrounds in environmental science, took different paths—Jeff into organic farming and Dave into evolutionary biology—before uniting over a passion for artisanal meats. In 2015, they founded Short Creek Farm to craft high-quality specialty meats from sustainably raised pork and beef, combining farming with expert charcuterie.
